In the spirit of going “green” and being environmentally friendly, we are excited to announce a new flyer distribution process for all flyer distribution. For the remainder of the 2013/14 school year, you may experience a mix of both printed and eflyers. However, with the start of the 2014/15 school year, Clover School District will no longer distribute printed flyers from outside organizations and will significantly reduce district and school level printed flyers. In annual surveys, parents have overwhelmingly (96%) indicated email is the preferred delivery method for information from schools compared to 43% of parents preferring notices brought home by students.

Our district cooperates with community groups and organizations that sponsor activities of an educational/enrichment nature for students by distributing materials electronically via Peachjar. As part of our efforts to be more environmentally friendly, embrace innovative technology, and maintain fiscal responsibility, we have transitioned from paper to electronic flyer delivery. The paper flyers we have been sending home will now be sent electronically to your inbox. These eflyers can also be viewed by clicking on the Peachjar button that has been placed on each school’s website homepage. This “green” initiative will save our schools and community organizations tons of paper and reduce copy and handling costs by thousands of dollars. On top of that, paperless delivery of school flyers removes a significant administrative burden from teachers, office staff, and volunteers.
We believe this will be a welcomed "green" initiative in our community.
How it works?
Parents will receive eflyers directly in your email. If you wish to see more information on an eflyer in your inbox, simply click the desired flyer. You can also access your school's Peachjar page by clicking the Peachjar button on your school's homepage or in the CSD Mobile App.
Will I receive flyers that have not been approved by my school?
No. Peachjar distributes only flyers that have been approved by your school and/or district office.
Can I manage the frequency of when flyers are sent?
The default flyer delivery frequency is daily, therefore you will receive a flyer within 24 hours of it being posted. In order to change your delivery frequency, log in to your Peachjar account, go to My Account, click on User Settings. There is no requirement to log in to your account unless you want to make changes to the frequency of messages or subscribe to receive flyers from another school.
How do I register and manage my account?
Peachjar and Clover School District have teamed up to create an account for you, so no action is required on your part. You will receive an email from Peachjar with your username and password next week. The email will come from school@peachjar.com.
