CSD Partners with The Herald for Supply Drive
Believe it or not students and teachers return to school in eight weeks. Many families are not able to provide the necessary back to school essential items for their children. Through a partnership with The Herald and the generosity of our community, we strive to meet the needs of all students. From July 7 through the start of the school year, we invite you to participate in our annual school supply drive. Monetary donations can be sent to the Clover School District Supply Drive, 604 Bethel Street, Clover, SC 29710.
"Supplies donated to our students through this drive have an immediate impact to the confidence each student has on the first day of school," said public information officer Mychal Frost.
Entering school with the necessary supplies alleviates the financial stress that comes with the beginning of each new school year.
"Through this drive and our other community partnerships and generous donors, we expect to help 500 students get off to a great start. We look forward to distributing supplies at our back to school community bash that we are sponsoring in cooperation with Roosevelt Community Watch on Saturday, August 9 from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. at our District Resource Center.," he added.

2014 School Supply Drive List
The list is not specific to any school. Rather it is inclusive enough to ensure we collect a variety of supplies to provide students who seek assistance. Families seeking a supply list for their child's specific teacher should contact their child's school or wait to attend registration where more information may be available.
