Clover School Board Approves New Strategic Plan
CLOVER, S.C. – At its regular meeting Monday evening, the Clover School Board voted to adopt a new strategic plan which will take effect immediately and run through the 2020 school year.
Designed from within, key groups of constituents throughout the district were solicited to get a broad range of the ideas and opinions that members of the community would like to see emphasized within the school district.
The result is a “much more global type of strategic plan,” according to Superintendent Sosne. In addition to continuing to strive for top academic success, Sosne stated, “we want to encourage a more involved community and create better citizens.”
The plan seeks to transform, individualize, perpetuate and maximize the learning environment and access that the community has to the district.
Four strategic goals will drive the Clover School District:
Clover School District will create and sustain state-of-the-art environments where students, families, and the community can thrive in their pursuit to be continual learners.
Clover School District will cultivate high expectations for student success through rigorous, engaging instruction with encouragement and support to achieve personal best.
Clover School District will provide rich experiences to maximize the individual potential of each student.
Clover School District will expand and enrich reciprocal community and school partnerships that actively engage all stakeholders in and beyond Clover.
